Your right to cancel (EU 14-day withdrawal right)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

  1. To cancel, email us at hello@julesenjuin.nl within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number.
  2. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions below, we will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery cost) to your original payment method within 14 days.
  4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Exception, personalised and made-to-order pieces: Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom engraving, a bespoke gemstone/metal combination, or a piece made to order after your purchase). This will be clearly marked on the relevant product page before you buy.

Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of use or alteration
  • In their original packaging, including any authenticity card or box
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or altered at your request cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at hello@julesenjuin.nl within 14 days with a description and photo. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange (for example, a different ring size) instead of a refund where possible. Email us to arrange this. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns above.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@julesenjuin.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original box, and send it using a tracked shipping method. We recommend this since we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
