Orders and payment

  1. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
  3. We will send an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not a guarantee of stock: if an item has become unavailable, we will contact you within 2 business days with a refund or alternative.
  4. As pieces are handmade and, where noted, one of a kind, small natural variations in gemstones, gold tone, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
